Have you made a reservation yet? If not, you may do so by clicking here. If you plan to use our service, reserve as early as possible since our trucks fill quickly. Also, our prices vary according to availability, meaning that the earlier you make a reservation, the lower the price. Once you make a reservation, your pricing is locked in, so you can make changes to your order without losing your lower price.

Instructions

To update your quote or account information, fill in only the blank spaces below that you need to change, and leave blank all the rest of the spaces that you do not want to change. When you are finished, enter your Order Number and Customer Code at the bottom of this page and click the Submit button. Your changes will be sent to our system, and your quote will be updated. You will receive an email confirming and showing your changes within about an hour.

PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT see any of your current quote information on this page. This is a one-way page that sends the updated information you provide below to our quoting system. To see your current quote information, open the attachment in last email we sent to you. If you need another copy of your current quote, enter your Order Number and Customer Code at the bottom of this screen (click here to go there now). A copy of your current quote will be emailed to you.

Pick-up Date

To request a date that is not listed, please see the "Special Pick Up Date" section below. Due to the added cost we incur, an additional fee applies to special pick up dates.

IMPORTANT: Be careful to only pick from the dates available for your school. If you select a date from another school, your order will not be updated, and your pick up will not be scheduled. Also, you cannot change your pickup date if you are within 2 days of the pick up date you currently have on file.

Special Pick-up Date

If you won't be able to meet us on one of the scheduled dates, you may request a special pick up date. If we are able to do your pick up on a suitable date, an additional fee will apply due to the added cost we incur.

To request a special pickup date, please enter your request in the space below. Once we know our pickup schedule for the date requested (usually one to two weeks prior to the date requested), we will contact you and let you know if we can pick up on the date requested. If we are unable to pickup on the date you requested, we will offer an alternate date as close as possible to the date you requested. Then just let us know if you want us to set up the special pick up.

Special Delivery Date / Extended Storage

If you won't be able to meet us on one of the dates shown above and need your items delivered either earlier or later, or if you wish to store your items for an extended period of time (studying abroad, for example), you may request a special delivery date. If we are able to deliver on a suitable date on or near the date you request, an additional fee will apply due to the added cost we incur (in addition to any extended storage fees that apply).

Once we know our delivery schedule for the date requested (usually one to two weeks prior to the date requested), we will contact you and let you know if we can deliver on the date requested. Storage Items

To change what you plan to store and generate a new quote, do the following:

  • If you want to change or add an item, enter a new quantity (QTY.) for the item (Example: Currently, you have 3 Medium Boxes on your order. You now want to store 5 Medium Boxes. Enter a 5 in the Medium Boxes qty space.)
  • If you want to completely delete an item that you had listed previously, enter a 0 (zero) for the quantity
  • Leave the quantity blank (do not enter anything) if you do not need to make any changes to the quantity you are storing of that item

When listing the items you plan to store, keep in mind that it is always less expensive to store your things in boxes, especially since we supply the boxes for free. If it will go in a box, put it in a box!

Tips
  1. You do not need to list what is going inside your boxes. For example, if you are storing a microwave inside a box, do NOT list the microwave as an item you are planning to store, just list the box.
  2. To request free packing supplies, list how many boxes you think you will need in the "FREE Packing Supplies" section near the bottom this page. This is different than the "Boxes and Containers" section that is immediately below. Use the section immediately below to show the number of boxes you actually plan to store, which might be different than the number of free boxes you are requesting.
Only the boxes you list immediately below in the Boxes and Containers section are included in your quote.
Note: You cannot make changes to your items after your pick up date.

Additional Services

Room Service

Our most popular optional service, RoomService is where we come all the way to your room to pick up and deliver your items instead of you carrying your items to the truck yourself. The charge for RoomService varies with how much you have to store. We will include the cost of RoomService with each quote we send to you if you select this option. You can remove or add RoomService up to 3 days before your pick up date if you change your mind.

FREE Packing Supplies

Unlike most other storage companies, we give you packing supplies for free! Just let us know how many boxes you need of each size. And what good are free boxes without some tape to seal them shut? We thought of that, too, and we'll have free tape available when we bring your boxes to you.

Please see our packing supply distribution dates and locations at your school.

An email will be sent to you at the email address(es) you entered at the top of this page confirming how many boxes you have requested. Please print a copy of this email and bring it with you to receive your free boxes and tape.

Please indicate how many of each box you need below. Also, make sure to enter the total number of boxes you are planning to store (including any or all of these free boxes) in the Boxes and Containers section above, since only the boxes you list above in the Boxes and Containers section are included in your price quote.

Small: great for books or small, heavy items (16"x12.5"x12.5")

Note: Boxes and tape are provided free of charge as long as you store the boxes with us. If you have extra boxes, just return them to us at the time of your pickup. You may also keep unused boxes for $5.00/box.

Extended Storage

If you need to store your things beyond the end of the summer, just let us know. We will automatically charge your credit card for each additional semester at the same storage rate you were billed over the summer.

Nationwide Shipping

If you will not be returning to school in the fall, or if you need to send your things somewhere other than your campus in the fall, we can arrange to have your items shipped to anywhere in the continental U.S. Please contact us for details and pricing.

Early Access to Your Items

If necessary, you may come to our warehouse to get your items. Additional fees may apply. If you will need early access to your items, please contact us for details prior to your pick up date.
